Bayard’s Second Child
My dearest children,
Hello my dearies! It’s Mom here. I have great news for everyone! But first let me catch you all up to date on what’s going on here at home! As you all know, Bryce and Felicia finally got married! I was so proud to see my boy become a husband! It’s about time another woman has a share of taking care of him! Just kidding dear, just kidding! Soon after their wedding and honeymoon, Felicia gave herself a makeover! She’s a woman now, after all, and a wife on top of that. Now she definitely looks the part! What a beautiful girl she is!
The house was getting crowded what with 7 of us living in it. And Sadie was expecting her second baby, so that would make it 8. It was perfect timing of course that Bryce and Felicia got married when they did…they soon were able to move out! And now they have a place of their own right here in the suburbs near your Father and I. It was a bittersweet moment to see them get in that taxi and drive away…knowing they weren’t coming back. I’ve grown so used to having a couple of my babies at home. Now it’s just Bayard here with me!
Of course, things are in no way boring around here! Sadie and I have been super busy with sweet little Carleton. He’s quite a handful, I must say. Just when we thought he’d never learn some basic toddler skills, he surprised us all! Now he’s potty trained!
And shortly thereafter, he learned how to walk and how to talk!
This family sure has a lot of parties! And I hope you get that girl soon…
